My package went missing while in transit. The delivery driver was courteous and told me to contact support. I was pleased by their proactiveness in helping me locate the package. The wrong address issue was finally resolved, and I got my package a week later. I believe the process would have been much faster with a more advanced shipment tracking system.

The tracking service is reliable and user-friendly. I received real-time updates on my Royal Mail package without any delays in reflecting the current status. I was particularly impressed by how simple the statuses were. There was no jargon or use of confusing phrases that left me wondering where my package was. Overall, it’s a solid tracking platform that I will use more often.
